Once registered, is all the content accessible?
Yes, after you register, you get immediate, full access to all our content. We recommend following the modules in order, but you’re welcome to skip around and revisit topics later if that suits you better.
How does the final exam work?
The final exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions covering the entire course content. Once started, there is no time limit for completing the exam.
Correct answers earn you two points, and wrong answers don’t deduct points. The result is available immediately.
You must get 32 correct answers, i.e., a score of 80%, to obtain your certificate.
Can I retake the final exam if I fail, and is it free of charge?
Yes, you can retake the final exam for free if you fail.
Can someone help me if I have a question?
Our coaches can be contacted via the private messaging service in your member area to answer your detailed questions. They respond quickly, within 24 hours.
Can I receive the educational content on paper?
